Visit from Okayama Fashion College！

We hosted Okayama Fashion College for our factory tour
and learning experience on July 16th and 23rd!
By observing various denim processing sites, the students were able to gain a deeper understanding of how the denims they casually wear every day are actually made.
When they stepped into the room displaying processing samples, their eyes were light up with excitement and heard many “Amazing!”. Their reactions made me feel just as excited.
I also had the pleasure of hearing from the students about current fashion trends and what they’re learning at school, which made the time truly valuable for me personally.
After moving to our new factory, which began laser processing this January, the students got to experience the actual production process.
In the three hands-on activities—scraping, hole-making, and chemical treatment—everyone participated enthusiastically and enjoyed each step.
After the experience, both students and teachers told us, “It was our first time doing this, and it was a great experience,” which made us very happy.
Through this factory tour and hands-on learning, I hope the experience will be useful for the students in their future creative work. I also believe it was a wonderful opportunity for the younger generation—who will shape the future—to get to know our company.
